I lead all aspects of go-to-market product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business impact. Experience & Leadership

As acting Global Commercialization Project Manager, I own end-to-end product launch execution. I work cross-functionally across the organization, bridging the gap between teams and geographies to ensure launch readiness, brand consistency, regionalization, and schedule achievement.

  • NPD and Engineering: Ensuring technical development, product readiness, and alignment with requirements
  • Product Teams and Segment Marketing: Defining positioning, messaging, and target markets, pricing, etc
  • Marketing Communications & PR: Developing assets, campaigns, and collateral for internal and external use
  • Commercial Teams & Sales: Enabling channels and partners with materials, training, and launch support

Scope & Execution

  • Assets & Deliverables: Business plans, forecasts, pricing, creative briefs, message maps, marketing collateral, web pages, channel partner content, etc.
  • Processes & Tracking: RACI charts, action trackers, and detailed launch timelines
  • Global Oversight: Coordinating launches across multiple regions and time zones while meeting local certification requirements

I’ve designed a dynamic Global Product Launch Dashboard that tracks all launches in real-time, providing clear visibility into current status and progress for executive insight.
