‘Leak and We Shall Find’ (SaaS promo)
Goal: Brand awareness around a gas leak SaaS platform, particularly in heavily regulated geographies such as California and Europe.
Execution: We ran this as an omnichannel campaign spanning 6+ months, with a respectable budget to cover ad placements, paid social, and a tradeshow. I worked with the Product team to host a successful webinar, and the Sales team to present at a large expo.
I found great success in qualifying leads through an automated nurture campaign that sent a series of training videos based on site engagement.

Legend Series HFC Sweepstake (Product Launch)
Goal: Generate new refrigerant analysis leads and develop qualified business opportunities.
Challenges:
- New market penetration for a niche application with low initial awareness.
- Significant production constraints caused by component shortages, limiting the ability to support a full product launch.
Execution: Due to production limitations, we reallocated the launch budget and pivoted from a traditional product launch to a soft launch focused on organic market penetration. We executed a targeted social campaign paired with a sweepstake to capture new leads. Following the sweepstake, we deployed a series of automated nurture campaigns to qualify leads, educate prospects, and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities.

‘Imagine Life Without Cancer’ (Awareness Campaign)
Story: Imagine Life Without Cancer began as a deeply personal moment and evolved into a purpose-driven awareness campaign. One of our ADF Consultants, Rowan, was returning to work after courageously fighting breast cancer. Her customers wanted to welcome her back in a meaningful way, recognizing both her resilience and the impact she had made in their lives.
What started as a small welcome-back gathering quickly grew into a broader initiative focused on awareness, community, and giving back. With support from customers, colleagues, and partners, the event became a platform to honor survivorship, spark meaningful conversation, and support an organization that had played a critical role in Rowan’s journey.
Execution: To authentically capture the emotion of Rowan’s journey, I led the creation of a video testimonial, designed to humanize the campaign and extend its reach beyond the event itself. Working closely with a videographer, we produced both a short-form trailer and a full-length video that highlighted Rowan’s story, the outpouring of support from customers, and the collective impact of the event.
These assets were designed for multi-platform distribution, allowing the story to resonate across social channels during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Results:
Community Impact and Giving Back
The campaign raised over $3,000, which was donated to Our Clubhouse, an organization that supported Rowan throughout her treatment and recovery. The event strengthened relationships with customers and partners while aligning the brand with empathy, authenticity, and social responsibility.

The content generated strong engagement and served as a powerful reminder of how authentic storytelling can create emotional connection, brand trust, and lasting impact.
